Hello everyone, the petition continues to grow and has just surpassed the 3,300 mark. Also this past week the Humble Indie Bundle 14 ended and here are the final totals on how Linux did. The bundle raised $1,010,429.73 of which Linux made up 8.2%, just 0.06% shy of matching Mac. As with every Indie Bundle, Linux gamers made more than Mac and Windows gamers for each bundle. Linux $9.25, Mac $7.54 and Windows $5.86. When it comes to which operating system each buyer chose to support, 5.52% was for Linux which is a little over 1% under Mac at 6.83%. Now 8,721 purchases were not specified by the buyers of which operating system they support so the Linux numbers could very well be higher. In any case I think the numbers show that we are not a mere 1-2% as most big companies like to believe. What are your thoughts? Happy Gaming!
