937 Signatures: Three week's notice

Alright, it's only three weeks until christmas and thus the end of this petition is drawing near.

Before I give you a look at the upcoming timeline, let me express my deep gratitude towards all of you that have made this a huge success. Given that this has never been done before (to my knowledge) and that this is a 100% fanmade thing, the feedback I got over the past months was nothing but great. I got in contact with so many cool, commited and dedicated people that take much pride in being Blind Guardian fans. All of you that have made commitment to this undertaking by signing the petition, getting me in contact with other key people for this matter, lifting my spirit with good advice and even bringing up the topic in interviews with band members made this a one-of-a-kind fan project. And if you think that 900+ people raising their voice isn't woodstock - keep in mind that when it comes to Blind Guardian, quality, not quantity is key.

I now have the duty and the opportunity to bring this to a grand finale.

Here is my planned timeline thru December and maybe January:

15. December: Cease the promotion of the petition and finish the layout for the inner packaging

16. December: Provide the inner packaging to a certain fan for a double check. Start manufacturing the outer packaging.

When done (16. Dec.+): Send the inner packaging to a professional printer. Finalize cover letter.

Around 27./28. December: Receive inner packaging from print manufacturer

28. December+: Finish inner packaging (folding, glueing)

29. December+: Assemble cover letter, inner packaging, outer packaging and go to shipping service provider

29. December+: Pray to the old gods. Wait for an answer.

Of course you will be kept updated if something's new, and - of course - I will provide some sneak peeks of the packaging.
