Australian PM Anthony Albanese on his six day mission to China. Has said when talking about the importance of iron ore mining and exports. “That the Government is going to make sure that the miners mine the ore, in such a way that they emit less (Climate Change Emissions CCE). And in the case of steel manufacturing, it will be “green steel” (made using Renewable solar and wind generated electricity), that is our priority.
To make such statements the PM, is deluded and doesn’t realise that the processes in reducing Climate Change emissions are only going to make Australia’s iron ore more expensive and uncompetitive. And focusing on producing green steel will price Australia out of the market.
And that all these actions are worthless in that it is deluded to believe that man-made CO2 increases the Earth’s temperature. As this idea is completely wrong. CO2 (a trace element) makes up only 427ppm (parts per million) of the World’s atmosphere. It is essential for life, particularly human life, if it falls below, 180ppm, living creatures struggle to live and green areas become arid. It is also delusional to continue to pursue Net Zero not realising that it will greatly damage Australia. Because for Australia to pursue Net Zero is a waste of time and resources. As China, India, Russia, USA and the rest of the World go full tilt operating 2,200, coal fired powered stations, making the closing of our 18 coal fired power stations, to reduce CO2 emissions, of no consequence for the World’s temperature. But is driving Australia’s energy costs through the roof, putting our energy security at risk. At the same time it is devastating the Rural landscape and environment. While leaving a wasteland of toxic rubbish, that will amount to several mountains of toxic rubbish to bury, if it ever is?
AS THE TRUTH IS REVEALED THAT THE TRANSITION TO UNRELIABLES IS A FARCE.
It becomes very apparent that our petition
TO STOP THE CLOSURE OF ALL THE AUSTRALIAN COAL FIRED POWER STATIONS AND TO KEEP THEM RUNNING IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE.
This includes Eraring NOW 2027, Yallourn NOW 2032), Bayswater in 2033, with Loyang A in 2045 and all other coal fired power stations.
And no consideration of them being closed be considered until assured supplies of base load electricity 24/7 is available from coal, gas or uranium powered generators. Even if this requires the coal fired generators be compulsory acquired by the relevant Government, in the National interest and to maintain the supply of base load electricity 24/7 that is essential to STOP the Grid from collapsing.

Particularly at 7pm and 7am (Or a time that suits you?) watch (and record) the mix of coal, gas hydro, batteries, solar and wind generation and the prices per MWh for each State on the AEMO dashboard.
Example: Eastern States 14th July 5.15pm AEST. Batteries 2%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 44% Brown Coal 16%, Gas 16%, Hydro 10% Diesel 0% Solar 1%, Wind 11%. 5.15pm a time when Solar only a few minutes away from entering its daily 16 hours (lack of fuel), zero production period. Unreliable wind is all over the place averaging only 11%, but ranging from a pathetic 4% in Qld, up to 40% in SA.
To underline the importance of our coal fired generators 14/07/25 5.15 pm AEST. In NSW coal is producing 72% Solar 0%, Wind 7%, Qld coal 69%, solar 1% wind 4% Vic Brown coal 58%, solar 0%, wind 15%. SA batteries 2%, gas 57%, solar 0%, wind 40% and Tas hydro 80%, wind 16%.
WITHOUT COAL AUSTRALIA WOULD BE BLACKED OUT.
