There is a daily Climate cycle. The Sun rises and there is eleven hours of sunshine, until the Sun sets. And then there is thirteen hours of darkness, until the Sun rises again.
It is a necessity to have a daily Climate cycle. If the Earth was in darkness 24/7, it would be an ice planet like Uranus.
There is a yearly Climate Cycle. Autumn, (the falling of leaves, ploughing of soil, the planting of seeds). Winter, (sprouting and growth of seeds, frosts setting fruit, lambs and calves being born). Spring, (blossoms becoming fruit, crops ripening with grain, birds having chicks). Summer, (fruit and grain being harvested, excess water dried up, grass and crops mature and dry off). And the yearly Climate cycle begins again.
It is a necessity to have the yearly Climate Cycle. What if there was Winter all year round? Everything would be wet , cold damp and rotting.
By observing the daily and yearly Climate Cycles, we can then realise that it is extremely important for the Earth, to go through cycles of warming and cooling. During the warming periods, glaciers and ice caps melt, water levels are replenished, in the process feeding into the water cycle. And the growth of greening increases. (Another Climate cycle). During the cooler periods glaciers increase in size and ice caps become thicker, some areas become drier and dry areas and deserts become larger.
For some people to think, that by specific human activity, the Climate can be stopped from Changing, is not sensible thinking. (The Climate is too large and there are too many different cycles at work, for any human activity to have an effect). But more importantly necessary Climate Cycles must be allowed to operate, and instead any actions taken to reach Net Zero by 2050. Rather than stopping the Climate Cycle, the actions to stop the Climate Cycle, will be counter productive. Rural areas and the environment, disfigured and devastated. Tens of thousands of hectares of agricultural land, permanently polluted for 100 years or more. Millions of birds, bats and bees, slaughtered by wind turbines. The fire risk driven to extreme levels, by the placement of tens of millions of electrified solar panels, tens of thousands of wind turbines and hundreds of Batteries, is horrifying. All culminating in electricity bills rising by 30% or more, with no end in sight.
In the coming Election, I would urge you to vote with Australia’s future and the future of your children and grandchildren in mind. Having said that with the information above as to why actions to stop the Climate Cycle is worthless and counter productive. I would recommend that for the Parties who fanatically support Net Zero by 2050. That the Greens be put last, Teals and Independents second last, and Labor third last.
AS THE DISASTER OF THE RENEWABLES BECOMES MORE APPARENT. IT BECOMES MORE IMPORTANT THAT OUR PETITION TO STOP THE CLOSURE OF MORE AUSTRALIAN COAL FIRED POWER STATIONS HAS TO BE HEARD.
This includes Eraring NOW 2027, Yallourn NOW 2032), Bayswater in 2033, with Loyang A in 2045 and all other coal fired power stations.
And no consideration of them being closed be considered until assured supplies of base load electricity 24/7 is available from coal, gas or uranium powered generators. Even if this requires the coal fired generators be compulsory acquired by the relevant Government, in the National interest and to maintain the supply of base load electricity 24/7 that is essential to STOP the Grid from collapsing.

Particularly at 7pm and 7am (Or a time that suits you?) watch (and record) the mix of coal, gas hydro, batteries, solar and wind generation and the prices per MWh for each State on the AEMO dashboard.
Example: Eastern States 14th April 2025 7.10pm AEST. Batteries 2%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 41% Brown Coal 18%, Gas 12%, Hydro 10% Diesel 0% Solar 0%, Wind 16%. 7.10pm a time when Solar has entered a daily 16 hours (lack of fuel), zero production period. Unreliable wind is all over the place averaging 16%, but ranging from only 8% in Qld, up to 38% in SA.
To underline the importance of our coal fired generators 14/04/25, 7.10 pm AEST. In NSW coal is producing 60% Solar 0%, Wind 14%, Qld coal 73%, solar 0% wind 8% Vic Brown coal 68%, solar 0%, wind 24%. SA batteries 0%, gas 54%, solar 0%, wind 38% and Tas hydro 82%, wind 13%.
WITHOUT COAL AUSTRALIA WOULD BE BLACKED OUT.
