Fraud 1. Net Zero says that too much Carbon Dioxide CO2 is bad for the environment and the World. False: CO2 (a trace element) makes up only 427ppm (parts per million) of the World’s atmosphere. It is essential for life, particularly human life, if it falls below, 180ppm, living creatures struggle to live and green areas become arid. . Fraud 2: Net Zero says if Australia reduces its man-made CO2 emissions to Net Zero, it will affect the World’s temperature. False. Australia only produces 1.4% of the World’s, man-made CO2 emissions, while in 2023 China’s production of CO2 increased by 15% to 35%. As Australia produces such a small amount of CO2 any reduction we make will not affect the World’s temperature, as Australia’s reduction will be overwhelmed by China’s growing production.
Fraud 3. Green House gases, (mainly CO2), are claimed to form a “Green House Cover”. Explanation: ‘The greenhouse effect is the process through which heat is trapped near Earth's surface by substances known as 'greenhouse gases.' Imagine these gases as a cozy blanket enveloping our planet, helping to maintain a warmer temperature than it would have otherwise. Greenhouse gases consist of carbon dioxide, methane, ozone, nitrous oxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and water vapor. Water vapor, which reacts to temperature changes, is referred to as a 'feedback', because it amplifies the effect of forces that initially caused the warming’. My response False: If that is the case. Why on clear, still nights, does the green house effect, appear to disappear and the nights get so cold? But on a cloudy (lots of water vapour), breezy night it stays quite warm? In my opinion I believe it is the clouds that act as a ‘green house cover’ and reducing the ‘green house gases’ has no measurable effect on the World’s temperature.
WHEN THESE NET ZERO FRAUDS ARE EXPOSED, KEEPING OUR COAL FIRED GENERATORS GOING WILL BE SEEN AS ESSENTIAL.
To restate our Petition is, (beginning with Liddell which closed in April 2023, Eraring in 2025, Yallourn in (2032 now 2028), Bayswater in 2033, with Loyang A in 2045). AND THAT NONE OF THESE COAL FIRED POWER STATIONS BE DEMOLISHED AFTER IT IS CLOSED, BUT BE MOTHBALLED, SO IT CAN BE RESTARTED IN THE EVENT, THAT A SHORTAGE OF ELECTRICAL GENERATION REQUIRES IT TO BE RESTARTED. Even if this requires the coal fired generators be compulsory acquired by the relevant Government, in the National interest.

Example: Eastern States 5th November 2024 5.10pm AEDST. Batteries 1%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 45% Brown Coal 12%, Gas 5%, Hydro 7% Diesel 0% Solar 19%, Wind 11%.
5.10pm a Peak Period, in two hours the Sun will have set Solar will be producing zero and the wind 11% could at any time drop to 3% of 4%. Or in other words solar and winds contribution is worthless and double, triple or quadruple the number of solar panels and wind turbines the result is just the same. 82% Renewables with no Sun, no Wind equals no electricity generation, guarantees blackouts
To underline the importance of our coal fired generators 5/11/24 5.10pm AEDST. Coal is producing in NSW 61% Wind 6%, Qld coal 66%, wind 2% Vic Brown coal 65%, wind 21%. SA gas 11%, Wind 68% and Tas 90% hydro, wind 10%.
WITHOUT COAL AUSTRALIA WOULD BE BLACKED OUT.
