As you all, will have noticed there was huge disruption on Friday 19th, as a software update crashed computers across Australia. Banks, Financial Services, Supermarkets, Airlines, Airports, Media, Hospitals. All their activities were severely restricted, some up to twelve hours or more.
THIS DISRUPTION WAS ONLY CONFINED TO COMPUTERS WHICH CRASHED, IMAGINE WHEN THERE IS A TOTAL BLACKOUT AND NOTHING WORKS LIKE THIS FOR EXAMPLE:
A. As with the previous outage financial systems will suddenly close down, Banks, Shopping Centers, Cafe', manufacturers, just everything will be unable to trade or operate.
B. Particularly with a lack of refrigeration, widespread food spoilage will occur in both Supermarkets, cafes and homes, leading to food shortages. Imagine a family, pensioners, individuals, regularly losing the contents of their refrigerator, they would be bankrupt in no-time.
C. High rise buildings, apartments and homes will become uninhabitable. Lifts won’t work, air conditioning will stop, water pumps will stop, sewerage services will backup.
D. Such simple items such as garage doors will not open. Schools will need to close, traffic chaos will ensure as traffic lights will shut down, boom gates will stay down, street and all lighting will be out, TV, telecommunications and the NBN will shut down, the supply of water will be interrupted and sewerage services will backup.
E. Elderly people relying on heating, cooling or life maintaining devices may die.
Renewables can crash electricity production as this record, (shown below) clearly shows. Between 4.59pm on the 4th June 2024 and 14 hours later 6.50am on the 5th June 2024. The combination of Batteries, Solar and Wind, only produced a maximum of 6% of the input to the Grid and to as low as 1% of the input required by the Grid.
THIS WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN A CRIPPLING BLACKOUT, WITHOUT THE COAL FIRED POWER STATIONS.
Eastern States 4th June 2024 4.50pm EST. Batteries 0%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 46% Brown Coal 14%, Gas 21%, Hydro 15% Diesel 1% Solar 0%, Wind 1%. Batteries, Solar and Wind, only producing 1% of the input to the Grid.
14 hours later. Eastern States 5th June 2024 6.50am EST. Batteries 1%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 51% Brown Coal 17%, Gas 13%, Hydro 12% Diesel 1% Solar 0%, Wind 5%. Batteries, Solar and Wind, only producing 6% of the input to the Grid.
THIS IS WHY THE TRANSITION TO RENEWABLES MUST BE STOPPED NOW! TO STOP THE WASTE OF $TRILLIONS AND THE DEGRADATION OF REGIONAL AUSTRALIA.
This again underlines how important it is that (beginning with Liddell which closed in April 2023, Eraring in 2025, Yallourn in (2032 now 2028), Bayswater in 2033, with Loyang A in 2045). AND THAT NONE OF THESE COAL FIRED POWER STATIONS BE DEMOLISHED AFTER IT IS CLOSED, BUT BE MOTHBALLED, SO IT CAN BE RESTARTED IN THE EVENT, THAT A SHORTAGE OF ELECTRICAL GENERATION REQUIRES IT TO BE RESTARTED. Even if this requires the coal fired generators be compulsory acquired by the relevant Government, in the National interest.
May I strongly urge all business owners, large and small. CEO’s Managers, those in charge of aged care homes, and other public institutions, everyone in a position of management. Homeowners, etc. Reliable, low-cost power is essential. Blackouts are a diabolically, serious issue. Talk with your management, boards, staff about how it will affect your business.
The ACT Government claims that they are totally renewable energy powered. The ACT Government is deluding themselves and doesn’t realise how wrong they are. As all their electricity comes from the NSW Grid. It is more likely to be anywhere between 60% to 80% fossil fuels and only 20% to 30% unreliables, with the damage unreliables are doing to Rural Australia the whole project is a disaster.

KEEP INFORMED BY DAILY MONITORING THE AEMO DATA DASHBOARD. And alert your friends to watch the AEMO dashboard, to see how poorly the Renewable Factories perform on a frightenly, regular basis.
Particularly at 7pm and 7am (Or a time that suits you?) watch (and record) the mix of coal, gas hydro, batteries, solar and wind generation and the prices per MWh for each State on the AEMO dashboard.
Example: Eastern States 22nd July 2024 7.40am EST. Batteries 1%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 44% Brown Coal 17%, Gas 6%, Hydro 12% Diesel 0% Solar 4%, Wind 17%. Between Batteries, Solar and Wind a pathetic 22%, a result that shows Renewables only purpose is to milk the Net Zero cow.
