Hi Team members,
The rushed roll out of unreliable Solar farms, Wind farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and connecting High Voltage (HV) Transmission Lines. Is spreading a Renewable Energy Factory Blight Disease (RFB) on Rural Australia with devastating consequences.
The consequences are: A. Permanently removing, millions of hectares of agricultural land from production. B. Hugely increasing the risk of uncontrollable wildfires, which will threaten the safety of Country living. C. Slaughtering our unique wildlife in numbers leading to extinction. D. Toxic runoff risks permanently polluting land, along with streams and rivers and underground water supplies. E. Blighting the renowned scenic beauty and peacefulness of the landscape, along with despoiling tourism attractions”. F. Devaluing land values and country lifestyles. G. Driving electricity prices to consumer sky high. H. Causing all types of manufacturing to halt production when prices get to high or blackouts are threatened.
REF Blight Effect 4. Likely contamination of land, surface water (rivers and streams) and under-ground water. No thought appears to have been given to the fact that solar panels contain heavy metals (such as cadmium telluride), glass, metal, sealants, copper, concrete steel reinforced blocks, steel stands, electrical cables, etc. In the case of a hail storm or being subject to a fire, the risk of toxic contamination of the land and ground water is great. There is a risk that as the solar panels deteriorate with age, the ground will become contaminated. In the decommissioning process it is highly likely for contamination to occur. Wind turbines being on 250m high towers, requires the area of ridges to be cleared and access roads to be built. All will leave a scar on the landscape. HV Transmission lines are meant to have a life of 50 years or more. When they become redundant, what a wasteful eyesore they will be.
When, not if, the Transition to Renewables fails and the Renewable Energy Factories become redundant. It will leave a devastating, trail of steel scrap, broken glass, toxic waste, feral pest infesteded, eye watering pollution, a fire hazard which will mar, a once pristine countryside forever.
(More explanations of the other consequences of RFBs, will be explained in future updates.)
I see these consequences of the RFBs, as being so serious, that the TRANSISTION TO RENEWABLES WILL HAVE TO BE STOPPED and consequentially fail. This is confirmed by this website stating that the Global Wind Industry is on the verge of collapse. https://stopthesethings.com/2023/10/22/global-wind-industrys-sudden-collapse-proves-physics-beats-platitudes-every-time/
It then becomes vitally important that our current coal fired power stations be kept running and the closed ones restarted.
Please promote our petition as widely as possible. https://www.change.org/p/blackouts-will-be-devastating-they-must-be-avoided-at-all-costs I would value it if you are able to donate $20 or $50 to promote the petition on Change.org and also promote it on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp or Email.
KEEP INFORMED BY DAILY MONITORING THE AEMO DATA DASHBOARD. And alert your friends to watch the AEMO dashboard, the more know what's happening the better.
Particularly at 7pm and 7am (Or a time that suits you?) watch (and record) the mix of coal, gas hydro, batteries, solar and wind generation and the prices per MWh for each State on the AEMO dashboard.
Example:22nd Oct 9.30pm EDST. Batteries 0%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 47%, Brown Coal 15%, Gas 5%, Hydro 10% Diesel 0% Solar 0%, Wind 23% (The unreliables Solar and Wind total of 23%),
Solar will always be zero at this time as the Sun has set. (Is it not madness, to have an electricity generator that can only at maximum, produce electricity for nine hours a day? The other fifteen hours of a day it produces zero electricity).
But if it was a calm night as well, then the AEMU would be needing those coal fired generators to be filling the gap left by the unreliables. Unreliables can be cheap for a few hours. But it is the average over 24hrs, that matters on your electricity bill.
We are up to 2,313 signatures, let’s increase it by many more, everyone’s future depends on it. Continue to spread the word, to all family, friends, anyone you meet, particularly discuss it with shop and business owners. Ask the question, “How do you plan to cope when the blackouts come? Are you thinking of buying a generator?
