Massachusetts Uses Sharia Law & Ignores All Laws In the Constitution, they cannot. 

Rules of Insurance are Iron Clad - Companies Have To pay out claims when people are injured.  Companies are enriching themselves & ignoring law, colluding w/ judges and truly leaving people without lost wages or payment for medical bills  This cannot happen, but it did.

Framingham Court in Massachusetts ignored the Constitution, and insurance laws  Did they get a side payment?  I do not know but this case needs a default ruling (Liberty Mutual defaulted 100% - 2 separate times) and Judge Cunan, Debbie Clay, and John DeLuca have refused to put this on the docket sheet, and allow for a hearing  This is against the law 

If we cannot trust our judges, what now?

Every accident victim by law, received compensation for their injuries.  Despite large hospital bills, pain and suffering, and recovery, any victim loses that time in their lives where they cannot function or perform simple tasks.  The law requires insurance companies to pay out damages

Thomas Sutcliffe filed false pleadings when he was not assigned to this case, attorney's cannot do that

Daniel Tighe colluded with the Framingham Court Judge and Supreme Court Judge and falsely filed pleadings when they were not party to a case.

I am seeking lawful damages, which they have held up in court since 2014, and it's money they owe me with interest.
