Having this site converted into a community centre is going to create traffic problems, noise problems and social segregation problems. There is no parking space available for another community centre. It will become unsafe for residents. The proposed additional parking is across a main road which is unsafe for the proposed users. Asian weddings are hosted by the already local ivy st community centre and when this happens parking is chaotic and noise levels of the people celebrating outside is also  Unbareable. Also why do we need two community centres within around 800 metres of each other. Surely one would suffice.
