THE MINIMUM PENALTY IS A MILLION DOLLARS IF AND OR WHEN A BLACK MAN IS KILLED OR FASLELY ACCUSED OF A CRIME THEY DID NOT COMMIT.

AN EXAMPLE:

Stanton Story has been incarcerated for a crime he did not do! A forensic stated he would testify for him because Officer Wallace who was killed died from a bullet that went through his heart and where the other Officer Scanlon was positioned was firing uphill towards Officer Wallace who was suppose to be running towards an ambush without his weapon being drawn!  Officer Wallace died in an ex-polilicemans front yard who stated that Ifficer Scanlon shot Officer Wallace! Stanton Stoey was convicted in front of an all white jury in 1974 when there was no evidence nor was there a death penalty on the state of Pennsylvania, but by the testimony of Officer

Scanlon.  He has been incarcerated for over 47 years and still stand by his innocence.
