The incidence of rapes in India are very high and there is a urgent need to curb them in view of the overall women safety in the country. As per statistics roughly reported and unreported incidences are close to 50,000 cases per year. It amounts to 130 cases per day. Or to say 25 families are affected for life time every day. 

The existing system and laws are inadequate to handle the situation mainly because of poor political will. 

Our aim is that in the coming elections in 2019 political parties must include Rape Prevention in their Election Manifesto. Our demand is that trial and conviction should be complete within 3 months upto High courts and for that Police and Judicial Resources should be doubled.
