The uniforms are becoming a problem in our restaurant. They get dirty quickly and have to be replaced often to keep up with BJ's gold standard.

  After running food a couple of times the sleeves on our shirt is permanently stained ! We have actually had guests leave because the shirt on their server was dirty. Not good for business!!

  The aprons are constantly falling down and they are so long and hot; especially during the spring and summer.

  Not all people working for BJs have the sleek and skinny body like depicted in our training. On someone who has a normal everyday body these uniforms magnify every roll and make you look bigger than you really are.

We really need something new! Or go back to the black tops.  We love our job and would like to show how great we are!!
