CUP, Community Upgrade Project is a mod made for Arma 3 with content ported over from Arma 2 which was originally made by  BIS.
CUP should not have the right to discriminate against communities who are allowed to monetization under BIS terms.
Since CUP is licensed under APL-SA they should follow BIS.

CUP seems to have broken BIS own terms, but yet BIS is standing behind them.
CUP is making BIS threatening anyone running CUP to either stop using their mod or cease all monetization, ignoring so, your server will be removed and most likely blacklisted.
Why should communities get punished for following BIS own terms?

Bohemia should review and change their terms to better suit both parties.
