Stop Development on Wooded Wildlife Corridor by Birmingham Horseshoe Pub
The Issue
There has been a planning application to destroy a local wooded area adjacent to the Horseshoe Pub B14 5EL. The area contains many mature trees and acts as a wildlife corridor connecting different green areas via the Chinbrook River. Many species will be effected. This area needs to stay as we have lost many green areas in South Birmingham. We need to keep this space safe.
Furthermore, Kingsheath has been subjected to road blocks in an effort to improve air quality. The felling of mature trees right down the road will be reducing air quality. We need to keep as many mature trees as possible.
