Nitrogen Oxide Canisters are taking over our daily finds of rubbish.

Enough is Enough!! They are not only causing litter but a danger to those using them in an illegal and irresponsible way to include children under 18 and drivers of vehicles.

What is Nitrogen Oxide?

The effects of the gas have seen it nicknamed "laughing gas", but it can also cause some people to have hallucinations. The effects are caused by the drug slowing down the brain. Nitrous oxide is normally bought in pressurised canisters. It is then transferred to a container such as a balloon to be inhaled.

The Effects?

Death can result if it is inhaled in such a way that not enough oxygen is breathed in. ... Inhaling industrial-grade nitrous oxide is also dangerous, as it contains many impurities and is not intended for use on humans.

What is being done to prevent this?

NOTHING! There is currently no law that prevents anyone to buy, sell or use this drug type material.

First, we need to change this by stopping the sale of this for its unintended purpose. Put a law in place to prevent the sale to under aged buyers.

Profits of this are coming way before human life.

Boxes of used canisters are ending up fly tipped all over to recently be dumped on our beaches.
