I am creating this petition as I feel I'm speaking for a nation of people who are tired of Hermes claiming they have delivered a parcel when they haven't, left a parcel in a dirty bin when there were several alternative places it could have been stored, claiming you were out when you were in, throwing fragile parcels over fences, keeping a hold of parcels for weeks before delivering when the retailer you have purchased from states 3-5 working days delivery, not responding to complaints and not being able to speak to a human to resolve your complaint!

Please sign this petition to try and get our favourite retailers to stop using them for their deliveries!
