Dear Bioware Austin, 

I want to clearly say that enough is enough. I have been playing this game since beta and it hasn't improved at all. SWTOR has a  potential to become a very great game! Knights of the Fallen Empire was a better story line then 3.0 and I think you should keep working on it because it was great this is what we wanted to see from you guys. Let's put aside the story line and put some content into the game! For the PvE we want new operations! For PvP we want ranked rewards to go back to have a full set of weapons and legacy gear. The weapons need to look better like the Season 3 ones the other ones you guys released looked terrible. We have been waiting and waiting for Season 7 but still nothing is released! You are turning players back to different games who are willing to play this game! The conquest needs to be changed as well. We have flagships for a reason right? Why, aren't we using them! In PvP we should  be able to do a 8v8 against a guild. One guild vs another guild. That's how we should get conquest points for PvP. PvE make the operations more challenging add more content to PvE because running old content is so not fun! You need to start opening your eyes! We need Australian servers to return ASAP! It's almost impossible to play this game with the crappy internet Australia gets provided. Server merges must happen! We are barely getting pops for PvP and PvE  on servers like Jung Ma, POT5 and BC. We need to put are act together and add more content. Add a new event running through these old events is also not how the game should be!   Let's take our thumbs out of our asses put some content into the game and put some effort! This should all be fixed including fixing lag in the game and making graphics look better. I can a sure you that the game can be one of the best games! We just need you guys to put in more effort into content and listen to us on the forums!

P.S. Please fix the classes they are very unbalanced can you try and bring them to balance like in 2.8! The game was very well balanced back then!
