  First, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your kind support. With the strong support we received from you we are much more hopeful to receive assistance from Biogen to save Kiana's life. While we are still communicating with Biogen with the hope to receive compassionate use or a discount on Spinraza, Kiana's Dr. has advised that she should start using Cough Assist Machine ASAP on a daily basis to avoid respiratory infections and complications which is what threatens Kiana’s life the most due to her progressive condition. That's why we decided to initiate a fundraising campaign for Kiana sooner rather than later, and we have done it through a respected non-profit organization Child Foundation.
