I am broke. We are broke. A west coast flight to the east (such as New York) costs over $100. That’s $200 there and back. What if we want luxury? That’s over $600 there and back. Bye bye luxury. That’s not even including the costs of transportation, hotels, and the concert ticket itself.

I love Billy Joel’s music. It’s amazing. I love listening to it on Spotify, YouTube, you name it.

But it’s not the same as seeing him and hearing his voice in person. Us broke west coast peoples yearn for the real experience.

Billy Joel isn’t getting any younger, California costs aren’t getting any cheaper, and my wallet... well, now that’s just sad.

Billy Joel, please come to the west coast and perform for us poor, broke peoples who need this sort of encouragement to overcome the daily reminder of our lack of money.
