Due to Covid-19 restrictions, over 100,000 small businesses have closed in the United States.  At the same time big box retailers and online companies, mainly  Amazon,  are making historic profits.  Local small business in Montana is on the edge of collapse.  For every $100 you spend at a local business, $63 goes back into the local economy.  When you shop at big box stores, only $43 of your spend goes back locally.  Small businesses have always been the ones who provide gift cards, sponsor sports teams, buy 4-H animals at the fair, and host charity events.  Small business in Montana makes the treasure state truly special.  67% of Montanans are employed by small business.   They need your help to survive these unprecedented times.  This holiday season join my pledge to buy gifts locally.  Help me save our Montanan way of life.  Instead of buying your gifts online or at big box retailers, purchase gifts from local boutiques, craft & hobby stores, mercantile's, restaurants, and other locally owned business.  Please help me save our local business community and jobs!
