For over 27 years, Bill and Shannon Baker have denied their children the companionship of a dog. They falsely claim that Bill is allergic to fur, but recently it has been brought to light that he grew up with a dog (Tyler). A comprehensive allergy test will speak for itself, but in the unlikely event that he is telling the truth, a hypoallergenic breed can be selected.

Thousands of dogs are suffering in shelters across the country, and failing to provide one with a happy home would be an irresponsible misappropriation of resources. With Daniel leaving for college in a matter of weeks, there will be more room than ever for a pet in the home.

Please do the right thing and let Bill and Shannon know that their excuses will no longer be tolerated.
