To those who are new to Tinsley's story, I will give you a brief, but informative description of what happened on March 6th, 2015. To those who are familiar with her case, feel free to skip to the next section. Tinsley (9 months old at the time) and Wyatt (2 years old) were left in the care of Andrew Vaughan and his (now ex) wife while my husband (their father), Eddy, were working. They had watched the kids for a couple months with no problems, until we picked them up on March 6th. We were planning on taking them to the circus that night and ended up at the hospital instead. Tinsley ended up with a broken collar bone, bruises on her face, neck, and stomach from being choked and squeezed, bruises and lacerations on her ears from being pulled and squeezed and almost being detached from her head and a bite mark on her shoulder. All because she wouldn't stop crying. The (now ex) wife was cleared by a lie detector which she passed with no sign of deception, having nothing to do with this so any harassment to her will not be tolerated.  

 As many of you know, Andrew Vaughan recently got sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections in St.Joe, MO. Since he has served one year (March 6th), he is automatically awarded a parole hearing which is set for 5/31/16. The DOC said its not extremely likely that he will get out, but there is still a chance, so we will be going full force. We need as many signatures as possible to show the parole board that he deserves to stay in there and serve his time. One year is not enough for what he did. We appreciate and thank everyone who signs, it means a lot!
