The world we live in today is a lot like the world pictured in the movie Independence Day.

A fight against a never before seen enemy. Threatening our lives and the way we live on a GLOBAL scale.

This coronavirus doesn't discriminate. It doesn't matter race, creed, religion, sexuality, all that matters is that it's here. And it's trying to come for humanity.

But like in Independence Day, we're not just going to stand around and let this thing invade.

We're going to stand. 

Together.

As one global entity.

And we're going to fight.

But now more than ever we need a unifying voice. One to remind us that this is not a war about borders.

About mine vs. yours.

This is a war against a common enemy.

And we need someone to help bring us together. To show us that if we stand together, stay socially distant, that like in Independence Day we too can come away victorious.

And there is only one person that can do the job...

Bill Pullman.

Let's get Bill Pullman to reprise his role as President Whitmore, to give a word for word reenactment of his famous speech that he gives right before the world is set to go off to war.

We can tweak some of the language to be more accurate to today (like staying inside and wearing masks and keep socially distant) but the overall message should stay the same.

This is not a war of nations. This is a war that we all need to fight together.
