I need your help! US JUDGE RONNIE GREER HAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES in the whole Knox County School system. This is unacceptable and goes against everything he swore to uphold and protect when he took his oath of office. I am urging YOU to sign this petition to tell your state representatives to IMPEACH JUDGE RONNIE GREER!

My name is Caitlin Jones and I have a 5-year-old son with down syndrome. 4 parents filed a lawsuit against Knox County Schools to force the school district to require masks.. US Judge Ronnie Greer ruled the school district must enforce a mask mandate. The judge’s injection only allowed children with Autism and a tracheotomy to be exempt from the mask mandate. My son is not currently exempt from the mask mandate and is not allowed to attend to school. Even though he has down syndrome, a severe sensory disorder and has an evaluation for an autism diagnosis next month. This means he cannot go to school because his disabilities hinder him from wearing a mask. He will not get any of the therapies he is offered under his IEP such as physical, speech and occupational therapy.

This petition will go to all the Tennessee State House of Representatives and by signing this you are telling them to IMPEACH JUDGE GREER FOR HIS BLANTANT DISCRIMINATION AND LACK OF CRITICAL THINKING. He never should have passed an order that would stop children with disabilities from being able to get an education within the Knox County School System!
