An involved parent and fellow school board member, Kim Uselton, shared an article from the Washington Post. On Tuesday of this week, the state of Alaska cancelled all K-12 standardized tests. Their commissioner of education didn't believe that they were administering a valid assessment. If Alaska can cancel their invalid test, then Tennessee can do it! Those responsible people on this petition can and should cancel Part 2 of TNReady. I believe that we can make it happen, if we YELL at the state to STOP this test.
