STOP MICROSFT CORP. FROM COUNTING VOTES FOR PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION 2016

The Issue

Microsoft Corp. has conflict of interest and must not count votes for Presidential Election 2016 using any of their personnel, software programs and hardware. We are the concerened voters who believe Microsoft Corp. has much to gain and we, the people much to lose, if we do not act against this blatant conflict of interest.  Please sign our Petition regardless of party affiliation.

Evidence of this conflict of interest is easily avaible in Public records and sources like the Campaign Finance Totals for the current election cycle as released by the FEC on February 6, 2016, the FEC (Federal Election Commission) report released on March 09, 2015, the IRS report of May 12, 2015, the lobbying data released by the Senate Office of Public Records on April 20, 2015, and other spending data released by the House, Senate, and US Office of Government Ethics dating back to June 2011.

Microsoft Corp, is the world’s top computer software company.  Their government lobbying record shows that they have the resources and power to corrupt the results of the elections for their benefit and override the will of the American voters.

First the Facts:

In conclusion, Microsft Corp. obviously has invested heavily in lobbying our government on Immigration issues especially on

  • Skilled Immigration,
  • H-1B, J, L-1 and
  • Employment based visas and
  • Border Security

These are issues that are highly contested in this Presidential Election Cycle. Microsoft Corp. must withdraw from counting votes for this election.  The DNC, RNC, The US Senate, US Congress and State Legislatures must distance themselves from supporting vote counting using Microsoft Corp. personnel, voting software and hardware.

Please help us stop Microsoft Corp. from counting 2016 Presidential Election by signing and sharing this petition with your friends, family, organizations and associates so that  We, The People, can prevail with our votes instead of being drowned by special interest lobbyists.

Thank you.
