The Issue
I BRIAN JOSEPH WOLF aka LightHeart am exercising my first amendment right to Petition the "State Legislature" of all fifty states for "Constitutional Convention" and "ANNEX Addendum" to alter the Nations "Frame of Government" FOR amendment of "Article II, Section I (paragraph 5) of the "United States Constitution" to state.
"No person shall be eligible to run for the office of the Presidency or to be President of the "United States of America" who is related to, joined in matrimony to, legally divorced or separated from, or a family member thereof, anyone or any person that was previously, hitherto, or heretofore elected President of the United States of America."
