I would like to stop animal abuse. To make  this happen, I will start a program for abused and neglected animals. I would like to enforce a law for people to be arrested if they abuse their animals in New York State.This law will help by decreasing the amount of animals being tortured each day. Animals need this law in order to live a peaceful life.
