Donald Trump has made what many report to be thinly veiled threats, violent statements and incitements to violence. Most recently towards another candidate for President. He appears to many to be emotionally erratic and unbalanced. Everyone knows carry permits in New York City are the province of the extremely wealthy and not available to average citizens. But even those with access to political leaders and great wealth should meet some standards. At the very least they should demonstrate emotional stability and refrain from making violent statements.

Donald Trump has spoken of having extensive corporate level private security. He has Secret Service protection - the best personal security in the world. He clearly deserves this protection as major party nominee; his own statements demonstrate the risks faced by major party Presidential Candidates. Just as clearly he won't be at risk without his concealed carry permit; having not just one but two world class security details. 

Trump's concealed carry permit should be suspended immediately pending an investigation into his emotional stability and his fitness to carry a gun safely is completed.
