We applaud Mayor DeBlasios commitment to the creation of full service Bronx & Queens Animal Shelters. He designated 10mil. in 2016 for the site identification and design stages. Because we have been denied our rightful services in the Bronx for so many years, we have experienced an explosion in the population of the Community (Stray) Cat population in our Borough. The army of volunteer Cat Rescue Volunteers are getting old and can not keep up with the constant onslaught of sick, damaged and reproducing cats.  We need a stationary Spay Neuter clinic NOW....as in 8 years ago.

Sign this petition to have NYC fund a Stationary Clinic in the Bronx for Pet Owners but especially for Certified Rescuers that work along with Neighborhood Cats, Mayors Alliance etc.
