We, the undersigned, are calling on Mayor Bill de Blasio and the New York City Council to allocate funding in the 2018-2019 City budget that makes the purchase of bullet proof vests for all NYPD School Safety Agents a priority.

Now more than ever, we must dedicate resources to make our schools safer for all students, teachers, administration and staff.
