BigW has recently changed it's payroll functions over to 'success factors'. Since this change there have been numerous underpayments and non payments of shop assistants wages. The company says it is working on a fix but this has been going on since late 2015 and still we have no answers. People are having to wait up to a month for email replies. Short changed on normal pay, annual leave and additional hours is simply not acceptable.

We've had enough BigW! it's time for action.
