BTS Weight Worry
The Issue
Lately it has come to, at least, my attention that BTS members are starting to lose more weight than I personally think that they need to. Recently Jimin had stated that he restricted his diet even more, causing him to lose 15lb's within just 2 weeks, which is not healthy! What makes the situation even worse, in my opinion, is the fact that earlier this year it had been reported that he only weighed 135lb's, and with his height of 5'8; the two numbers just don't seem to mesh.
But several people have also noticed that BTS's youngest member, Jungkook, has started losing a lot of weight in his thighs as of late; which would be fine if he wasn't already confirmed (earlier this year as well) to weigh only 145lb's, and with his somewhat towering height of 5'10, the really low number in the weight department is slightly concerning.
The recommended weight for someone of Jungkook's height is about 129lb's to 173lb's; and while he's not at the 129lb mark yet (although that statement is debatable since we don't know his current weight) he could quickly get to that mark with how much he works out. And for a man of his height at that weight can cause illnesses such as Osteoporosis, and even make it harder for his body to maintain a stable temperature as well as fighting off infection.
And the recommended weight for some around Jimin's height is at the lowest 140lb's, and yet Jimin is 135lb's! This can be extremely dangerous for his health and I am almost certain that true fans of BTS would rather have the members be chubby and healthy than being very thin and be at risk for illnesses
