Big Time Rush made a comeback reunion two-day tour for NYC and Chicago. They had two pre-sales before general onsale public sales. Ticket prices ranged from $20-80 w/o fees. First we had artist presale and it was a mess. people got in without presale code and some people got kicked with the code; then there was a queue which people waited in, added tickets and got kicked to the very beginning in the queue. after just 30secs-1min ; tickets were sold out and being sold about 200% more. From $70-80 to $200,300, now over $600. This is price gouging at its finest and Ticketmaster didn't even prevent it due to the fact they get a percentage when scalpers resell through them. This may be a stretch to ask for people to sign a petition that may get zero attention but this is UNFAIR to people who waited and didnt use fancy computers to resell. its understandable that you can resell tickets but something must be done to prevent price gouging on them. if its sold for $70 it shouldnt be resold for over $600. it should have a prevention! hopefully this shows that this is a huge problem and Ticketmaster can and will do more for it.
