DDA under Jan Sadharan Scheme opened on 22 nd September '25 at 12.00 noon on FCFS basis for online booking of 1172 flats .But due to website mal-function / dysfunction / erratic behaviour of flat booking website from 12.00 noon till 17.05 P.M., more than 95 % among regd.applicants, seamlessly  couldn't even log-in to their account page, in order to book their flat after trying repeatedly for it ,for whole booking day.But when at 17.05 P.M.,browser functioning improved, it was to every one's surprise ,how all 1172 flats at different different locations got booked and sold.

Hence general public deprived off from booking a flat of their choice  in transparent and free & fair manner and therefore mistrust have been created among registered applicants against DDA ,bcoz they feel cheated  by DDA after collecting crores of rupees by DDA towards registration amount.

Hence in larger public interest and public  demand,allotment of flats shall be cancelled or keep on hold issue of Demand cum Allotment ( DCA )Letters of few successful applicants - who could book their flats on that fateful day and subsequently said scheme shall be re-launched upon conclusion of high level expert members investigation.
