Airtel must enable VoLTE feature to all the Customers!!

The Issue

Dear Airtel,

As of you mentioned in your website, VoLTE feature is rolled out to all the places except Jammu and Kashmir. but not rolled out to all the customers, still most of the Airtel users didn't get VoLTE on their devices . even not enabling with our sim cards with other VoLTE enabled phones (Such as supported device list in your website).

without volte, the network is not reliable. everytime we receive the calls and sms, its swtiched to 3G or 2G in order to recieve calls and sms. during internet banking, UPI transaction, realtime gaming, other office related works,. its really big trouble for us.

4G VoLTE feature is really essential and important. in this year our govt. start auction for 5G spectrum, but still Airtel stuggling to give basic features to their loyal customers.

This is not request, we are demanding the basic feature.
