BF Goodrich have advised "Please be advised there is a plan to have the 265/60R18's available, the plan is some stage in Q1 in 2016 release if not sooner if it can be achieved, there are internal processes that needed to be adhered to prior to the release" I have given them an update on the petition numbers and suggested they might like to move the release date up.
