Neighbors - we encourage you to reach out directly to your neighborhood board members, Master Board and Dell at Cusick with your feedback and input about what steps and actions you’d like for them to take regarding the special assessment. 

If you don’t feel comfortable (for whatever reasons) reaching out to them directly - you can send an email to beverlycrestneighbors@gmail.com and we will remove your name/ email or contact info but we will forward them your sentiments anonymously so they can hear your opinions without fear of retribution. 

We are almost at 200 signatures from our neighbors! Keep fighting for transparency. They’ve still refused to provide any supporting details or written justification, quotes or any documentation re: this huge project (and the rushed timeline) and we will keep pressing for answers! 

Thanks for supporting our neighbors and demanding integrity and communication from our HOA so Beverly Crest can continue being an amazing neighborhood where people will want to move & trust their voices will be heard!
