155 Signatures + Pool Inspection Report + Local News

We are currently at 155 signatures from RESIDENTS on our petition!! Thank you for all of your continued support and please keep sharing and spreading the word to others who demand the facts from Cusick and the master board.  

We’ve been in touch with Cusick as of this morning and they’ve stated that these supporting documents such as bids are not something the members or residents are privy to, per the bylaws. They could still make the choice to share them in good faith but have not chosen to do so at this stage. 

Our work on bringing some truth to light is making waves and we have found a few documents via public records that we’ve shared below including copies of the pool inspection report from 2024 finding no code violations or demerits requiring repair. Cusick and the board have also not made public any report from the pool management company indicating that the pool would not pass inspection.

Last week, we were put in touch with WBTV.  Several residents reached out multiple times to the board and Cusick over the last week to obtain the information we requested, however our requests were denied. Ultimately, they left us with no other option than to speak publicly about their unwillingness to appease neighbors who are simply asking for more facts. A taped interview was conducted at the pool this evening and we will keep you posted once the story airs.
