I’ve heard an idea and I want to expand on it and make it happen. Have a final farewell of the Golden Girls with Betty White. Make a one hour special where Rose will go visit the graves sites of the girls. She can visit Blanche first and show flashbacks and have Rose say a final goodbye and then she’ll go to NY to see Sophia and Dorothy. She can reminisce about some of what happened to them after the show left the air. It can show some of the shows greatest moments. When she’s in NY she could even stumble upon Stanley’s gravesite. She could stop for a brief moment and show some of his highlights about always showing up uninvited. It would be sad, but it would also remind us why we loved them all and make us laugh with them one more time. I think Betty White has the power to make this happen. Let’s see if we can get this idea to her and see what she thinks.
