I have been dealing with this Twitter problems for almost 5 years at this point. You may have heard that Twitter has been changed to X, all because of Elon Musk's ego and he has not been doing a good job handling Twitter, or even the social media business practices as well. Lately, he's been making terrible decisions, such as making an anti-sematic tweet that made him lose almost every sponsorship on the platform, or how allowing more explicit porn will attract more bots that'll ruin the app/website. 

I'm here to express my complaints I have had with the app, I lost all 4 of my accounts ever since his takeover, and recently I'm starting to notice how unfair the customer support services have been. They don't care who you are, or what you do, they'll just shut you down without a second thought and even erase your existence off of twitter by making sure you'll never connect with your friends or even letting you know what rule/guideline you've broken, even though they never tell you about it. Their responses are nothing but automation, I know this because when I tried to recover my backup account, they just said they couldn't do anything about it without further explanation, and just send you links to their help center which is just the same thing as appealing your account, meaning you're back in a cycle you could never escape from. 

This is why I'm making a petition, to make sure that Elon Musk, or any of the higher ups at Twitter (X) to hear our voices and make them listen. That we will not stand for such unfair judgement, Twitter used to be a place of free speech. We will not embrace such incompetence and neglectful behavior and business practices that disregards their consumers and people. We want a better customer support service that's not a bot responding to people without acknowledging them, we want actual real live people to hear our pleas, and make a better change for Twitter (X) to move forward to a better and brighter future, a future where we can all be heard and be free without someone trying to hold us down from a problem we did not create in the first place, a future where we can all be one with our freedom, and not let some poor misunderstandings or judgements hold us back.
