We the paying customers of Wakulla County have been suffering with sub par internet services, We have contacted customer support and get no results. We need new lines run and outdated equipment replaced. This has been ongoing for years and you neglect to make the necessary repairs to provide at least basic services and refuse to expand. We also demand that you provide the entire county with at least the minimum of 10 Mbps download speeds as per FCC requirements for broadband internet.
