In the State of Delaware , small businesses that apply for Dealer licenses don't have the proper help from the DMV officials to be in Compliance to make sure that all rules are being followed correctly.  There is no go to Person to help you thru any processes.  This leads to the possibilities of businesses not being in compliance. This impacts small businesses that are trying to build a business and want to do it the right way.

If we don't  change this and get more one on one assistance , this will lead to more small businesses in and out of courts wasting States tax dollars.  Also wasting State Employees times taking care of court matters instead of doing things at the beginning . 

In the state of Delaware there are Hundreds of small business Dealers that are trying to make a name for themselves and operate a small business . But due to Lack of Delaware DMV support . They remain uneducated therefore unknowingly not being in Compliance with State Laws .  Which Puts them at risk for Being banned from pursuing a dream  , which also leads to a loss of Economic growth in our community .
