The policies for changes or cancellations of flight reservations in Cheapoair due to the COVID contingency are not being respected in all cases, and even if they are, they are not comprehensive or flexible or fair enough for users.

We request full refund or open ticket for a whole year on flights that are between March and July of this year, since we will not know when it will be safe to fly.

The company Cheapoair already charged an amount of cancellation fees as if cancellation had been done, in such a way that I received an email where they would not return more than 9 USD and apart they charged $35 for the alleged cancellation, so they already kept the $386 USD that cost me that flight, and apart I had to give them $ 26 by checking out. And I have two more reservations like this since this was a family vacation I have been planning as a gift since 2 years ago.
