There is a local business in south Philadelphia called Diamond MMA. The owner is signing people up to 12 months contracts with no way out. This man, Joe Diamond, physically assaulted me in front of gym members, trainers and children. Joe is a BJJ Black Belt. The main principal in martial arts is to deescalate and to use your skill to defend yourself. Not to inflict damage. Or to intentionally harm people that are not posing a threat. In this case the owner of this place attacked me over a request to cancel my membership.

He then fled from the police after the incident. After his disappearance he attempted to contact me through a 3rd party to threaten me that I was trespassing, and that he will try to file charges against me. I have full documentation to support the fact that I was invited by Joe to the gym for an apology, and other supporting documents to show that I am a paying member. He offered me 3 months of free training and wanted me to come into the gym to discuss. I was actually happy and thought he actually came to his senses. I was wrong.

Many people have came forward reporting an issue with Joe's contracting or/and anger issues. The owner lies in order to get what he wants. He uses intimidation and scare tactics to get people "off his back" so he could keep charging their credit cards.
