A NATIONAL ISSUE 

After starting a locally-targeted campaign, I soon realised that surgeries across England face the same pressure as my own Medical Centre in Burton Latimer, Kettering. Patients can't get through, are on hold for increasing lengths of time, can't pre-book appointments and only have access to emergency service. Staff who are doing their best are receiving abuse from disgruntled patients and it isn't fair on them or us. I say, 'enough is enough'. Time to make a stand and show the NHS we care.
