We, the residents of Bethlehem Township, are opposed to all variances being sought by the Hunterdon Concrete site at 1087 Rt 173 in Bethlehem Township. These variances are in opposition to our township master plan and ordinances, which are there to ensure the integrity of our neighborhood properties as well as the environmental safety, traffic safety, and aesthetics of the area. The approval of these variances would allow a defunct quarry to be transformed into a large industrial complex located in a mountain residential zone with noise, trucks, and dust all day long, not to mention the risk of environmental hazards.  We ask the Bethlehem Township Planning Board and Bethlehem Township Committee to decline all variances in relation to this property. Please preserve our quality of life.
