Having a comprehensive and successful program in the Berryville Public Schools requires a wealth of knowledge and skills.  In order to maintain and sustain a healthy music program, we must have faculty members who are extremely knowledgeable concerning different of teaching styles, pedagogical practices and instrument-specific knowledge. By having educators who are experts in each instrumental family, it gives our students a top-notch music education that many children in the United States do not receive.  With a third director, each child has a specialist on their instrument. The level of education that the child receives is extremely specific from their teacher and they get valuable information that makes them a stronger student (musically and academically).  We ask that you support the reinstatement of our 3rd position for the sake of our children's education.
