Hello 3,729 Supporters!!

Thank you to our brave Bernie delegates and to all progressive minded citizens who went to Philadelphia; they directly represented Bernie and millions more of us who want real change!! The suppression, rudeness, and insulting treatment they endured while tirelessly representing us at the TV commercial for the establishment candidate, only serves to fuel our fire for progressive change. We see you speaking and standing for and with us on alternative media – even though MSM does not broadcast countless citizens standing up! We stand with you!! Do not lose hope – we are with you and there are millions of us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! With this petition, we want to show Senator Sanders and the world how many would truly vote for Bernie if he ran on the Green Party ticket. Read this Open Letter to Bernie Sanders from Former Campaign Staffers where they urge him to run: http://www.counterpunch.org/2016/07/29/run-bernie-run-open-letter-to-bernie-sanders-from-former-campaign-staff/ Some have been reminding us that we don’t want to have a situation where a third party run splits the vote and a tyrannical sociopath wins the presidency. We agree wholeheartedly – unless it’s Bernie running – because he would win: Legions of registered Independents were not allowed to vote in the primaries - but Bernie won almost half the country, even without those votes! Add those Independent votes (estimated at least 44% of registered voters) to the votes we know he already has, plus those who would now vote for him knowing what they know now, plus some very disgusted republicans who like Bernie, Bernie would win. This is not a Nader situation - Bernie has WAY more support than Nader ever had. Bernie is unique. Bernie is a once in a lifetime chance. Thank you for sharing this petition far and wide with all of your email contacts and on all of social media!!
