Tank should not have been forced to go through the pain he did, and die in such a horrific manner. He should have been taken inside the police station where I would like to think he'd have been welcomed with opened arms! What kind of human being, let alone a police officer, leaves his fellow officer dog-his k9 partner-in a hot car?
